I like to assess each person individually, and design a program that works for them. That's what's great about working with the Pilates equipment: it's designed for any body.
Because of my background as a dancer, and dealing with my own injury, I'm acutely aware of how the body works, and can assess a client's strengths and weaknesses very quickly: I can help them balance their body better. There's a tremendous parallel between ballet and pilates in terms of nurturing the mind/body connection, the importance of breath, and the benefits of a strong center. I bring a lifetime of this with me into every session!
